# Yasen JS Waterproof Coating ##

Product Description Yasen JS Waterproof Coating is an environmentally friendly waterproof material, formulated with eco-friendly water-based polymer acrylic emulsion, high-quality inorganic powder, and various water-based additives. It boasts excellent tensile strength and impermeability.

## Product Features

1. No blistering, excellent film-forming property, fast curing speed, and high bonding strength with cement substrates.

2. Outstanding anti-aging performance and long waterproof service life.

3. Superior tensile strength, with excellent crack resistance and crack repair capabilities.

4. Green and eco-friendly, free from pollution.

## Technical Parameters

*Data are for reference only. Actual values may slightly vary due to different testing environments.

* Complies with the standard: **JC/T 2345-2009 Polymer Cement Waterproof Coating**

*(Note: The original standard number "JC/T23445-2009" is incorrect and has been revised to the industry standard JC/T 2345-2009)*

## Scope of Application

1. Suitable for roof waterproofing of industrial and civil buildings.

2. Suitable for waterproofing of walls, basements, swimming pools, tanks, and other structures.

## Mixing Instructions Yasen JS is a two-component product with a mixing ratio of **liquid component : powder component = 1 : 1.25**.

1. Pour the liquid component into the original packaging bucket or other suitable containers.

2. Use a low-speed electric drill (approximately 400 rpm) to stir the liquid.

3. Gradually add the matched powder component while stirring continuously.

4. Stir for 2-3 minutes until a uniform and fine mixture is obtained.

5. It is recommended to let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and then stir it again before application.

## Construction Procedures

1. **Base Surface Preparation**: If the base surface is excessively dry before construction, slightly dampen it with clean water, or apply a primer coat with the prepared slurry diluted with an appropriate amount of water.

2. **Application**: Construct with a brush or roller. The thickness of each coat shall be 1.2-2.0 mm.

3. **Reinforcement Treatment**: For areas prone to cracking, a reinforcing membrane can be laid. The prepared mixture shall be used up as soon as possible (within about 1.5 hours) to prevent waste caused by cement hydration and hardening.

4. **Multi-Coat Application**: Apply the slurry in uniform, crosswise, and perpendicular directions to achieve optimal coverage, taking care to avoid missing any areas. At least two coats are generally required. The second coat can be applied only after the first coat has dried and is no longer tacky to the touch.

## Notes

1. **Construction Temperature**: The ambient temperature shall be controlled between 5℃ and 35℃. Construction is prohibited in rainy, foggy, or other adverse weather conditions.

2. **Ventilation**: Do not construct in poorly ventilated areas, as this will affect the film-forming process.

3. **Pot Life**: The prepared slurry must be used up within 1.5 hours.

4. **Mixing Prohibition**: Do not add water, cement, or river sand to the mixture. Do not arbitrarily change the mixing ratio of the liquid and powder components.

5. **Personal Protection**: This product contains cement, which may cause skin irritation or allergies. It is recommended that construction workers wear gloves and other protective equipment during operation.

6. **Consumption**: The typical consumption is **1.5-2.0 kg/m²**. *(Note: The original "20 kg/m²" is a typo and has been revised)* The actual consumption depends on the application purpose, location, surface roughness, and environmental factors.
