Yasen E-Coat K11 Waterproof Coating
Product Overview
Yasen E-Coat K11 Waterproof Coating is a high-performance, eco-friendly two-component waterproof material. Adopting a composite modification process, it is formulated with water-based polymer emulsion, high-quality cement, water-based additives and fine aggregates. On the basis of traditional K11 waterproof products, special additives are incorporated to significantly enhance its mechanical strength and improve the smoothness during construction.
Product Features
Excellent physical properties with good impermeability, flexural resistance and compressive strength.
Performance complies with the requirements of the standard JC/T 2090-2011 Polymer Cement Waterproof Slurry.
Green and eco-friendly, free of harmful substances such as formaldehyde and VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds).
Can be directly applied as a base layer for tile installation.

Construction Tips
Yasen K11 is a two-component product. For application:
Pour the liquid component into the original packaging bucket (or other containers).
Stir with a low-speed electric drill (about 400 rpm) or manually.
Gradually add the matched powder component while stirring.
Stir for 2-3 minutes until a uniform and fine mixture is obtained.
It is recommended to let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and then stir again before construction.
Construction Procedures
If the base course is excessively dry before construction, slightly dampen the surface with water, or apply a primer coat diluted with the prepared slurry and water.
Construct with a brush or roller. The thickness of each coat shall be 1.2~2.0mm.
For areas prone to cracking, lay reinforcement fabrics. The prepared mixture shall be used up as soon as possible (within about 1.5 hours) to prevent waste caused by cement hydration and hardening.
Apply the slurry evenly in cross and vertical directions to achieve optimal coverage, taking care to avoid missing any areas. Apply at least two coats for better results, and maintain a certain interval between each coat. The next coat can only be applied after the previous one has dried and become non-sticky to the touch.
Notes
The construction temperature shall be controlled between 5~35℃.
Use up the prepared slurry within 1.5 hours.
Do not add water to the mixture, nor arbitrarily change the mixing ratio of the liquid and powder components.
Since this product contains cement, it may cause skin allergies. It is recommended to wear gloves and other protective equipment during construction.
